So i wanted to use python for automating a wordpress blog but i got failed. I figured out that my blog is restapi enabled but still i am having issue with posting content. So this was the solution after wasting over 6+ hours.
Steps:
1. Change Permalink as shown below
2. Now Add App password using Username
